Tacos El Kohuich, a much-lauded traditional Mexican concept from husband and wife team Maria and Fray Cambron, serves traditional fare from their native Nayarit, Mexico. The name (pronounced: “Co-weech”) is a mashup of two indigenous tribes from Nayarit, from which Chef Fray derives inspiration. The menu includes birria, street tacos, and nachos, but diners should pay close attention to the seafood dishes for which the Chef takes special pride. Kohuich has been a main stay at weekend markets around Atlanta for the last two years. Politan Row is excited to welcome them to the Dunwoody community.
